Fixed Time, Fixed Price
A low risk option you can choose when the scope and specifications
for the projects are reasonably clear. The KELKAR Software
Solutions execution process ensures reliability, predictability
and optimized performance of the projects to deliver on time,
on budget, on target. Combine this with our Offshore Development
activities and you have a very cost-effective quality solution.

Time and Material
Using this model, KELKAR Software Solutions will depute a
project team including project management personnel, equipment
and infrastructure based on your projected requirements. You
could pay by the month depending on the size and composition
of the team. The model offers you flexibility to juggle with
the size of your team for the projected workload. Most of
the onsite services (unless it is part of a Fixed Price project)
are delivered using this pricing model. KELKAR Software Solutions
could bid for partial phases of a project on a Fixed Price
basis and the remaining parts on a Time and Material basis,
if necessary.

Retainer
Designed to best suit the needs of those clients who have
daily / weekly development needs, this model ensures that
a dedicated team works as an extension of the clients staff.
Trained in the nuances of that particular client, the team
will work out of our development center and will the client's
right arm for technology requirements or an extension of the
existing IT department. The benefits of this model are extensive
scalability and cost / time efficiencies.
